Giannouli Family

We are the Giannouli family, proud Paxiots who can trace our roots on the island back several generations. We love our island and want you to appreciate it as much as we do.

Our properties have served our family for more than 25 years. We have lovingly restored them over the years to pay homage to tradition but carefully designed to blend seamlessly with modern comfort and a fresh, clean style, inspired by the nature around us.

We are talented artisans whose craftwork, beautiful macrame, woodwork and handmade furniture adds an individual touch to our properties. We are also keen gardeners and most of our villas are fully stocked with ancient olive trees, stunning plants and flowers to enjoy throughout the year.

Most of our villas come with a private pool, and all have well stocked kitchens, bright, fresh furnishings, beach and bath towels and crisp white bed linen. All have free WIFI and A/C.

Three of our villas of Marmari, Nicoletta and Katina are within walking distance of three of the most spectacular beaches on the island, Marmari, Kipos and Kipiadi. Country House is nestled a little inland, and is an oasis of calm, located just outside Loggos, one of the most popular locations on the island.

Do you need help?
We are always close by to offer help and advice, both before your stay, and during. We can help with information about our properties, about the island in general and for specific requests such as boat rentals, Sea Taxi reservations for your arrival or departure, as well as car, scooter, or bike rentals. We can also arrange a taxi or van for your arrival or departure. Many of our guests have been coming back to stay with us for many years, which is the greatest compliment we can get!
